How do I place an order?
To place an order:
- Add all desired items to your shopping cart.
- You may proceed either through our website checkout or via PayPal.
- If you wish to use the website checkout, click the green “Checkout” button on the right side of the screen.
- If you wish to use PayPal, click the PayPal button.
- You will be redirected to the “Customer Information” page. Please enter the following information:
- Email address
- Name
- Address
- If you have a valid discount code, you may enter it in the “Discount” field on the right side of the screen. Be sure to click “Apply” so that your discount is calculated and applied.
- Click “Continue to Shipping Method” to proceed. Please ensure that your delivery address is entered correctly (if it differs from your billing address). After entering the information, click “Continue to Payment Method”.
- Enter your payment details. You may indicate that your shipping and billing addresses are the same, if applicable.
- After completing the form, click “Complete Order”. You will receive an order confirmation with an order summary, as well as a second confirmation by email.

What should I do if items are missing or incorrect products were delivered?
If items are missing or incorrect items were delivered, please contact us at service@welioraeur.com.
Please include your order number (Order #) and send us proof (image file size should be under 1 MB). We will send you the correct product at no additional cost, and you do not need to return the incorrectly delivered item. You may keep it as a gift.
How do I know if my order was placed successfully?
You will receive a confirmation email with your order number and order details.
I would like to change my ordered items. What should I do?
Changes are only possible until 11:00 PM (PDT, GMT -7) on the same day the order is placed. Please contact us by email at service@welioraeur.com to request changes.
How do I add items to my shopping cart?
To add items to your shopping cart:
- Go to the page of the item you wish to purchase and select your options.
- Click the “Add to Cart” button. You will then be taken to your shopping cart page.
- Enter the desired quantity in the “Quantity” field next to the item image. After entering the quantity, you may continue shopping or proceed to checkout.
How can I see what is in my shopping cart?
Click the shopping cart icon at the top of the website. On this page, you can adjust the number of desired items and change quantities. To remove an item, click the “Remove” link below the quantity.
How do I remove items from my shopping cart?
Click the shopping cart icon in the upper right corner of the screen. Once you have identified the item you wish to remove, click the “Remove” link below the quantity. The page will automatically refresh and display the changes.
How do I change the quantity of a specific item in my shopping cart?
Click the shopping cart icon in the upper right corner of the screen to view all items and their quantities. Change the quantity of an item by entering the desired number in the “Quantity” field. The total amount and costs will be updated automatically and displayed on the right side.

How do I pay with PayPal?
PayPal is the easiest way to pay online. After adding all desired items to your shopping cart, click the “PayPal” button. You will be redirected to the PayPal website to complete your payment.
How do I use a discount code?
To use a discount code:
- Select the item you wish to order and click the green “Checkout” button.
- On the next page, enter your customer information.
- On the right side of the screen, you will see the “Discount” field.
- Enter the discount code and click “Apply”. Please check that the discount has been applied correctly.

What is your cancellation policy?
Orders may only be canceled until 11:00 PM (PDT, GMT -7) on the same day the order is placed. After that, cancellation is no longer possible. Please contact us by email at service@welioraeur.com if you wish to cancel an order.
