When can I expect my delivery?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 5 business days after the order is placed. Delivery typically takes between 10–20 business days from the shipping date, depending on carrier availability and the delivery location. We apologize for any potential delays that may occur due to customs clearance, inspections, or transportation delays caused by the shipping carrier.

A tracking number will be provided in your shipping confirmation email. You can use this number to track your order at www.17track.net.
What are your shipping rates?
We charge a flat shipping fee of €5.49 for all supported destinations worldwide.
Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship worldwide. However, if your country is not supported by our logistics provider, we will notify you promptly and make the necessary adjustments to your order. For more information about our shipping destinations, please contact us at service@welioraeur.com.
How can I change my delivery address?
Address changes are only possible until 11:00 PM (PDT, GMT -7) on the same day the order is placed. Please contact us at service@welioraeur.com to request such changes.
Can I deliver to another address,other than my card billing address?
Yes, that is possible.
How is my order shipped?
Orders are shipped on regular business days (excluding public holidays). Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday.
Some items are shipped directly from our domestic warehouses, while the remaining items are manufactured and shipped directly from our own factories in the United States, Canada, and Australia.
