TERMS OF PURCHASE

These Purchase Terms (“Purchase Terms”) govern your purchases of products and services available through http://www.welioraeur.com (the “Company Sites” or the “Sites”). The Company Sites are operated by welioraeur.com (the “Company”). Your use of the Company Sites and these terms are also subject to the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

PLEASE READ THESE PURCHASE TERMS CAREFULLY, TOGETHER WITH THE TERMS OF USE, THE PRIVACY POLICY, AND OTHER POLICIES OR AGREEMENTS REFERENCED HEREIN, BEFORE PURCHASING OR USING ANY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES THROUGH THE COMPANY SITES. BY PURCHASING OR USING PRODUCTS OR SERVICES THROUGH THE COMPANY SITES, YOU AGREE TO THESE PURCHASE TERMS, INCLUDING THE ARBITRATION PROCEDURE AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER DESCRIBED IN THE DISPUTE RESOLUTION SECTION BELOW.

GENERAL

These Purchase Terms constitute a valid and binding agreement between you and the Company and are enforceable against you in accordance with their terms. You represent that you (1) are at least 18 years old, (2) are of legal age to form a binding contract, and (3) are not a person barred from receiving services under applicable laws, rules, or regulations.

You agree to purchase and use the products and services available through the Company Sites strictly in accordance with these Purchase Terms and all applicable laws, rules, and regulations (collectively, “Laws”). You are responsible for complying with all applicable Laws relating to your purchase, including all applicable laws of the country to which products are shipped. All calls, emails, and other communications between you and the Company may be recorded.

You agree that all personal information we obtain about you (whether through the Company Sites, by email, telephone, or otherwise) will be collected, stored, and otherwise processed in accordance with the terms of the Privacy Policy. The Company may update its Privacy Policy from time to time at its sole discretion. Changes to the Privacy Policy will be posted at http://www.welioraeur.com. Your continued use of the Sites following any changes to the Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

PURCHASE

Order Processing

The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, not to process or to cancel any order under certain circumstances. This may include, for example, situations where the product or service you wish to purchase is out of stock or incorrectly priced, where fraud is suspected, or where the Company deems other circumstances appropriate. The Company also reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to take steps to verify your identity in order to process your order. The Company will either not charge you or will refund any charges for orders that we do not process or cancel. Without limiting the foregoing, the Company reserves the right to (i) revoke any stated offer; (ii) correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions; and (iii) make changes to prices, content, promotional offers, product descriptions or specifications, or other information without obligation to issue any notice of such changes (including after an order has been submitted, confirmed, shipped, or received, unless prohibited by law).

Product and Service Descriptions

The Company endeavors to provide accurate descriptions of products and services on the Company Sites. However, the Company does not warrant that the descriptions are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product or service offered on the Company Sites is not as described, your sole remedy is to return the item in accordance with these Purchase Terms.

The Company Sites may offer a quick view feature for certain products. This feature allows you to view pricing details and add the product to your cart without opening the product page. The quick view feature and the “Add to Cart” feature are provided for convenience only. The product page contains more detailed information about a product, its origin, features, and pricing.

Pricing Information

The Company strives to provide accurate pricing information for the products and services on the Company Sites. However, we cannot guarantee the absence of pricing errors. The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, not to process or to cancel any orders for products or services whose price is incorrectly stated on the Site due to an error. In such cases, the Company will notify you by email. In addition, the Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to correct errors in the stated full retail price.

Availability of Products and Services

The Company Sites may contain information regarding the availability of merchandise. This information may be used to estimate the likelihood that an item will ship immediately after your order is placed. The estimated delivery date to your destination address is approximately 30 days or less after successful payment, and may vary depending on item availability, adverse weather conditions, shipping carrier transit times, destination address, and other factors. Unfortunately, the Company cannot guarantee that an item marked as “in stock” will ship immediately, as inventory levels may change significantly from day to day. In rare cases, a product or service that is in stock at the time an order is placed may be sold out by the time the order is processed. In such cases, the Company will notify you by email.

Specific Additional Disclaimers and Obligations

In addition to the general disclaimers in the Terms of Use for products and services purchased through the Site: (a) products and services purchased on the Site may not include manufacturer warranties, even if such warranties are offered elsewhere for a particular product or service; (b) service or support options may not be included; (c) product manuals, instructions, or safety warnings may not be provided in your local language or in the official language(s) of the destination country; (d) the products may not be designed in accordance with the standards, specifications, and labeling requirements of your jurisdiction; and (e) they may not comply with the electrical standards of your jurisdiction (which may require the use of an adapter or converter). It is your responsibility to research the product to ensure that it meets your requirements and that it can be lawfully imported into your jurisdiction.

Taxes

You are responsible for all taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by the jurisdiction to which the products are shipped, including but not limited to sales or use taxes, value-added tax (VAT), or customs duties.
